Refund policy

If items are damaged in the mail, I cannot refund you. Once it has left our warehouse and been shipped it is out of our hands. If that does happen to you, please file a claim with the shipping service and get you’re money back (it should be covered by insurance.)

 

If an item is not up to description standards, has a flaw that we may have done, please email me and send pictures and we will see what we can do.

If you think there is something wrong with the item but it was in the description, such as you didn’t realize it was the size that it says, I cannot refund you. This is why we clearly describe it on the website.
